| Notes | Join us at The Steam Café for a brilliant evening of live music, good food and great company at our new monthly open mic. Hosted by Forncett Festival CIC at the wonderful Forncett Industrial Steam Museum, this event is part of fundraising efforts for our annual micro-festival. Sign up from 6.30pm (come find Taryn). Music from 7pm - 10pm. 3 songs per act (or equivalent). Full drum kit + house drummer available! Music, poetry, dance - if it can be performed, come and perform it! 🍴 Café & bar open from 5.30pm (serving food - GF & vegan available). 💛 Free entry, donations welcome to support Forncett Festival CIC. 🦋 All genres and abilities - come and share whatever you'd like to in a welcoming space. Whether you’re performing or just soaking up the atmosphere, come along and be part of a creative community. 🎵 | 🚌 Getting here: We're pretty rural and the easiest way to get here is by car. This is the address: Kingsmuir, Low Road, Forncett St Mary, NR16 1JJ | If you're travelling from Norwich (or elsewhere) and can offer / need a lift, please comment on the 'Liftshare' post in the Facebook discussion. | ⚠️ Accessibility note: The performance space is accessed via a flight of stairs. The museum is currently fundraising to install a lift, but at the moment the space may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.
